The new venue will also include pinball, ping pong, and an ample drink menu featuring classic cocktails, craft beers, and mocktails. This spot is intended for folks of all ages, including kids + families.

The entertainment space will be at 10 W. Franklin St. on the ground floor of residential community The Miles, boasting 27,000 sqft. This will be Pins’ third NC location with one in Charlotte’s South End and another coming soon to NoDa.

Seaboard Station is expecting a flock of new businesses, including craft distillery Boatman Spirits Company, upscale sushi spot Omakase by Kai, fitness haven Club Pilates, and more unique offerings. Stay tuned for a comprehensive development update.
