You probably know the name, but do you know where the idea for The Loading Dock came from? The dream stemmed from founder Philip Freeman’s need for flexible space when he was scaling his business (and trying to get out of his garage).

Now, the Loading Dock functions as a coworking, cowarehousing, office, meeting, and event space.

Plus, 2% of its revenue is donated to nonprofits in the area + quarterly volunteer opportunities are available to members.

Here’s 23 reasons to work at the Loading Dock.*
