Community ○ Now through October, the Cary downtown farmers market will have longer hours + more vendors. You can find the market at 135 W. Chatham St. on Sat., 8 a.m–12 p.m. Click here to discover what products are in-season. 💐 (CaryCitizen) ○ The City of Raleigh is asking for feedback on its seasonal loose leaf collection program. The city collected 2,845 loads of leaves (equivalent to the weight of 7,000 cars) during the 2020–2021 season. The survey will be open until Fri., May 7. 🍁

Number ○ Raleigh-based Shri Hari Saunders LLC purchased The Super 8 by Wyndham at 2501 S. Saunders St. for $4.2 million. The recently renovated hotel sits near the upcoming Downtown South development + features 68 rooms. 🏨 (Triangle Business Journal)
