Development
Wake County Commissioners approved the Kellam-Wyatt Farm design for a 59-acre urban sanctuary in east Raleigh. The property was donated to Wake County by Bob Kellam and Susan Wyatt with a conservation easement. Construction of phase one, which includes community gardens, trails, and a nature playground, is expected to begin next winter. 🌳
